Although a training professional at heart, I realize the best way to learn is not always through traditional training. Most of what we learn is through non-formal means. Yet trying to get a grasp on that in an organization can be tricky.
My focus is on Social Media/Networking with the emphasis on Learning - helping companies on the inside, and their customers on the outside, learn using these methods & tools for communication and learning.

- Approaching the end of a Masters degree in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State.
- Director of the Social Learning Special Interest Group for ASTD’s Cascadia chapter.
- Director of IT for the Leadership Education Mentoring Institution.
- Director of Marketing for Jim Band Music.
- A Boy Scout leader of other leaders and boys.
- I have a gaggle of offspring, a saintly wife and no time for sleep!
