		<description>Great stuff! But what about &#039;non participation&#039; ie the releuctance to post, blog, twit &amp; comment that aflicts the 90% majority according to the &#039;1-90-90&#039; rule? How do we encourage particpation, create tust and change behavior and will it simply scale based on the pioneerng &#039;edgelings&#039; or will deeper cultural change be required?</description>
